About the project<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The house was built with reinforced concrete and external insulation (thermal fa\u00e7ade) using the MONOBLOCK method, and it falls under Energy Class B+.
An additional structural element of the house is the columns and beams used to reinforce it, so that an extra floor can be added in the future.
It is a heavy-duty prefabricated home, in accordance with the Greek Reinforced Concrete Code (E.K.O.S.), the Greek Seismic Code (E.A.K.), and the Energy Performance Regulation (K.E.N.A.K.).
Our company undertook the project in full, including building permit issuance, design and supervision by a partner civil engineer, construction and installation, as well as the construction of the basement, verandas, and overall landscaping\/site works, carried out with our partner building crews.
Layout
\u2022 Ground floor (70.20 sq.m.): open-plan kitchen with dining area and living room, one (1) bedroom, one (1) WC, and a storage room.
\u2022 An opening was formed at the point of the internal staircase, providing internal access and communication to\/from the basement.
\u2022 First floor (32.40 sq.m.): the home\u2019s master bedroom, including a walk-in closet (dressing room) and the main bathroom.
\u2022 Since the first floor occupies only part of the ground floor, a veranda (37.80 sq.m.) is formed, which was covered with an additional tiled-style roof (keramoske\u03c0\u03ae).
The selection of interior materials\u2014tiles, bedroom wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, and painting finishes\u2014was made by the owners, choosing from a wide range of designs and styles offered by the company, so that each project is unique\u2014just like every client.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Results<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the natural slope of the land, a basement was constructed to serve as the foundation\/support base for the prefabricated house. The basement was built by the company\u2019s partner building crew, relieving the owners from the process of finding and selecting a suitable crew for these works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our partner builders undertook both the basement and the overall landscaping\/site works\u2014verandas, veranda canopies, boundary walls, railings, and the entrance gate\u2014delivering the project on schedule and, most importantly, within the agreed budget, with no unexpected expenses or hidden costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
