About the project
In Kos, a modern, minimal complex of five (5) independent tourist residences was constructed, featuring one (1) central swimming pool. The project includes four (4) single-storey prefabricated houses of E=20 sq.m. each, and one central two-storey residence with a total area of E=104 sq.m..
The residences are built in reinforced concrete, combining the MONOBLOCK method with the transported wall panels method, in accordance with the Greek Seismic Code (E.A.K.), the Greek Concrete Regulation, the Greek Prefabrication Regulation, and the Energy Performance Regulation (K.E.N.A.K.), ensuring full structural adequacy and seismic protection.
Externally, the buildings feature a thermal envelope / thermal façade (ETICS) in line with K.E.N.A.K. requirements.

Layout:
• The four single-storey residences include one bedroom and one bathroom each.
• The central residence includes:
o Ground floor: 1 open-plan Dining–Kitchen–Living area and 1 WC
o First floor: 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom
