This is how we started—and we never stopped developing the method. Today, the prefabricated cell method is a primary choice for the construction of homes, offices, and hotels. It combines fast, earthquake-resistant reinforced-concrete construction with the most cost-effective solution.
Each project is manufactured entirely at our factory, undergoing all technical and quality inspections required by the certifications held by our company. It is transported using our modern specialized transport equipment throughout Greece and abroad.
Prefabricated Pre-Slabs
Prefabricated pre-slabs are surface structural elements used in the development of all types of building projects and with various construction systems. They are produced from high-strength reinforced concrete, with pre-installed open connectors (open girders).

Prefabricated, transportable & demountable perimeter fencing
Construction and installation of reinforced-concrete perimeter wall panels, including the appropriate electrical installation. These panels are transportable and can also be dismantled and reassembled.
This technique provides architectural freedom to create a design that meets your needs and requirements.
Prefabricated Transportable Wall Panels
With the transportable wall panels method, the building is constructed—internally and externally—using high-strength wall panels made of reinforced concrete C30/37 with external thermal insulation (ETICS/thermal façade). These panels are connected via columns and beams, with on-site concreting of the horizontal elements (floor and slab), which are also made of reinforced concrete C30/37.
Depending on the case, these panels may also be delivered with electrical works completed, frames installed, and even the first coats of paint applied.
