I.G. Kallergis Ltd. was founded 60 years ago by Ioannis Kallergis, headquartered in Megara. To this day, the company pioneers the construction of prefabricated buildings, using all modern technologies and always fully aligned with current legislation, as well as the latest building systems and materials—shaping the contemporary image of prefabrication.
Today, the company is led by the second generation and continues with the same vision as its founder: high construction quality and aesthetics, customer satisfaction, modern environmentally friendly project design, and the continuous adaptation of its buildings to new conditions and evolving needs.

Excellent build quality
Heavy-duty, earthquake-resistant structures, powered by reinforced concrete and premium materials. For us, concrete is the primary construction material. Depending on the client’s requirements, construction can also be composite (hybrid).

Earthquake-resistant structures with no maintenance requirements
All constructions comply with the Heavy Prefabrication Regulation, the Greek Seismic Code (EAK2003), the Greek Concrete Code (EKOS 2000), the Concrete Technology Regulation, and the Load Regulation.
