I.G. Kallergis P.C. (IKE) was founded 60 years ago by Ioannis Kallergis, headquartered in Megara. To this day, the company pioneers the construction of prefabricated buildings using reinforced concrete and an external thermal insulation system (ETICS/thermal façade), with the monolithic cell method – MONOBLOC (MONOBLOCK). By employing modern technologies and systems, we shape the contemporary image of prefabrication. The prefabricated cell method combines fast, earthquake-resistant construction with the most cost-effective solution.

Prefabricated Houses Ground-floor homes & detached houses
Single-storey residences are constructed on their own base, which allows them to be built and then transported to the owner’s plot. A UPN 200 steel profile is installed perimetrically prior to concreting, onto which the floor slab reinforcement is welded.
Within this base, the horizontal plumbing and heating pipework are integrated. Additionally, 5 cm thick insulation (λ = 0.033 W/mK, DUROSOL) is installed.
With this base, there is NO need to construct a new slab on the plot — only perimeter foundations are required, offering a cost benefit for the owner.
Prefabricated Tourist Complexes
Interior doors are modern in aesthetics and design, made of LAMINATE, in a color and style selected by the client from the company’s sample catalogue. External frames are white aluminum with thermal break, casement type, by EXALCO, with double energy-efficient glazing, with shutters or roller shutters, with the option to choose additional colors.
Commercial-use buildings comply with all specifications required by law, depending on their intended use, both in terms of licensing as well as design and functional requirements.
Commercial premises have their own base, on which they are manufactured and transported to the owner’s plot.
All buildings provide excellent thermal insulation as well as high sound-insulating and sound-absorbing properties, ensuring superior acoustic comfort for the user.
We manufacture prefabricated single-aisle churches, from 13 m² up to 36 m², suitable for placement on private plots and in public/common areas.
We also construct larger temples/churches using heavy prefabrication, made of solid concrete with steel reinforcement, and external insulation – ETICS/thermal façade.
Educational facilities are constructed as individual reinforced-concrete building units, cast in specialized molds, which are then connected laterally and vertically, achieving a complete architectural building solution.
The external wall system is made with solid concrete panels with steel reinforcement and construction mesh, and external insulation – ETICS/thermal façade – with a thickness of 7 cm to 10 cm.
They provide excellent thermal insulation and high sound-insulating and sound-absorbing properties, ensuring high acoustic comfort for the user.

All constructions comply with the Heavy Prefabrication Regulation, the Greek Seismic Code (EAK2003), the Greek Concrete Code (EKOS 2000), the Concrete Technology Regulation, and the Load Regulation.
