A few words about the project
In Attica, two (2) independent single-story houses were constructed in modern minimal architecture, with a total A = 127 sq.m., with one (1) central swimming pool.
The houses are constructed of reinforced concrete with the Monoblock method, in accordance with the Greek Anti-Seismic Code (EAK), the Greek Concrete Code, the Greek Prefabrication Code, and the Energy Regulation (KENAK), with full structural adequacy and seismic protection.
Externally, the buildings have a thermal envelope/thermal façade system in accordance with the Energy Regulation KENAK.
The results
Regarding their layout, the houses have TWO (2) bedrooms, ONE (1) bathroom, and ONE (1) open-plan area comprising dining room–kitchen–living room.
The selection of the company KALLERGIS for the implementation of the tourist investment ensured the high construction quality of the houses, the structural and seismic adequacy, a specific delivery schedule, and safeguarded the cost of the investment from the assignment of the project through to its delivery, without unforeseen costs arising that would lead the project and the client outside the budget.
