A few words about the project
The house was constructed of reinforced concrete and thermal façade (ETICS) using the transported wall panels method, in order to meet our customers’ choices and needs.
It is a HEAVY-DUTY prefabricated house in accordance with the Greek Reinforced Concrete Code (EKOS), the Greek Anti-Seismic Code (EAK), and the Energy Regulation (KENAK).
The company undertook the project in its entirety, from the issuance of the building permit, the study and supervision of the project, to the construction of verandas and the overall formation/landscaping.
The selection of the individual interior materials—tiles, bedroom wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, painting works—was made by the owners’ personal choice from a wide variety of designs and styles offered by the company.
The results
With the application of the transported wall panels method, we achieved the perfect execution of openings and design requirements, both internally and externally.
