A few words about the project
This specific ground-floor house is constructed using the MONOBLOCK method; it is a HEAVY-DUTY PREFABRICATION of reinforced concrete and external insulation – THERMAL FAÇADE (ETICS), in accordance with the Greek Concrete Code, the Greek Anti-Seismic Code, and the Energy Regulation KENAK.
Regarding its internal layout, the house has FOUR (4) bedrooms, TWO (2) bathrooms and ONE (1) WC, ONE (1) open-plan dining area with sitting room and living room, a separate kitchen area, and TWO (2) storage rooms.
The house also has ONE (1) swimming pool, which was constructed by our company’s experienced staff using the conventional method.
The results
The prefabricated house was delivered fully completed with tiles, floors, kitchen cabinets, bedroom wardrobes, sanitary ware, EXALCO aluminum frames, double glazing, painting works, stone cladding, and complete electrical and plumbing installation.
Our company, with its specialized crews and the corresponding machinery it has available, successfully carried out the landscaping of the surrounding area, fully meeting the owner’s needs.
All individual interior materials were selected by the buyer from a large range of designs available from the company, making the house unique, just as each of our customers is unique.
