About the project
The roof of the houses is constructed as follows:
• For the ground floor: a flat reinforced-concrete slab (concrete with steel reinforcement), with internal insulation 7 cm thick.
• For the upper floor: either as a sloped slab / tiled roof (keramoskepe) made of solid reinforced concrete with 7 cm insulation, where the upper external surface is shaped to resemble roof tiles.
The houses include kitchen cabinets as well as modern-design wardrobes in the bedrooms, made of bakelite, selected by the customer from the company’s extensive sample catalogue.
A duropal-type kitchen countertop, 4 cm thick, moisture-resistant, in a color combination chosen by the customer, is installed. The kitchen cabinets are hinged (opening), and a stainless-steel sink with two bowls is fitted.
In the bedrooms, wardrobes are installed up to ceiling height, made of bakelite in the color and design chosen by the customer. The wardrobes include drawers, shelves, and hanging rails. All kitchen cabinets and wardrobes include handles/knobs selected by the customer from the company’s catalogue.
Results
The houses are delivered painted internally and externally, in a color chosen by the OWNER. In two-storey houses, the internal staircase is made of a metal frame with Naxos marble cladding. An alternative option is solid wood.
The houses have a complete electrical installation in accordance with the applicable internal electrical installation regulations—conduits, wiring, sockets/switches, and main distribution board. They also include a complete plumbing installation for hot and cold water, as well as a network for water-heater installation, with all taps installed and all internal connections fully completed.
