About the project
This single-storey residence was constructed using the MONOBLOCK method. It is a heavy-duty prefabricated reinforced-concrete structure with external insulation (thermal façade / ETICS), in accordance with the Greek Concrete Regulation, the Greek Seismic Code, and the Energy Performance Regulation (K.E.N.A.K.).
Regarding the interior layout, the house includes two (2) bedrooms, one (1) main bathroom, one (1) WC, one (1) open-plan kitchen with dining area, and one (1) living room.
Results
The prefabricated house was delivered fully completed with floor tiles, kitchen cabinets, bedroom wardrobes, sanitary ware, EXALCO aluminium frames, double glazing, paint finishes, and complete electrical and plumbing installations.
Thanks to our specialized team and the appropriate equipment, the transport and installation of the modules was carried out with complete success, despite the high degree of difficulty caused by the narrow entrance and the slope of the plot.
All interior finishing materials were selected by the buyer from the company’s wide range of available designs, making each home unique—just like each customer.
