About the project
The house was built using reinforced concrete with external insulation (thermal façade), applying the MONOBLOCK method, and it falls under Energy Class B+.
It is a heavy-duty prefabricated house, in accordance with the Greek Reinforced Concrete Code (E.K.O.S.), the Greek Seismic Code (E.A.K.), and the Energy Performance Regulation (K.E.N.A.K.).
Our company undertook the project in its entirety, including building permit issuance, design and supervision by a partner civil engineer, construction and installation, and also the construction of the basement, verandas, and overall site works / landscaping, carried out with our partner building crews.
