About the project
The house was built using reinforced concrete with external insulation (thermal façade), applying the MONOBLOCK method, and it falls under Energy Class B+.
It is a heavy-duty prefabricated house, in accordance with the Greek Reinforced Concrete Code (E.K.O.S.), the Greek Seismic Code (E.A.K.), and the Energy Performance Regulation (K.E.N.A.K.).
Our company undertook the project in its entirety, including building permit issuance, design and supervision, basement construction, verandas, and the overall landscaping / site formation works.
Layout:
• Ground floor: 1 bedroom, 1 open-plan Kitchen–Dining–Living area, and 1 bathroom.
• First floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
• Basement: parking area, mechanical room, 1 WC, and auxiliary storage spaces.
The selection of interior materials—tiles, bedroom wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, and painting finishes—was made by the owners, choosing from a wide variety of designs and styles offered by the company.
Results
With our specialized crew and the required machinery, we successfully handled the high level of installation difficulty due to the steep slope of the terrain.
The basement was constructed by the company’s experienced builders, relieving the owners of the process of finding and selecting a separate contractor for these works.
We also undertook the basement and the general landscaping works, including verandas, veranda canopies, boundary walls, railings, and the entrance gate, delivering the project on schedule and—most importantly—within the agreed budget, with no unexpected expenses or hidden costs.
