About the project
The residence was built with reinforced concrete and external insulation (thermal façade / ETICS) using the MONOBLOCK method and is classified in energy category B+.
It is a heavy-duty prefabricated home, in accordance with the Greek Reinforced Concrete Regulation (E.K.Ω.S.), the Greek Seismic Code (E.A.K.), and the Energy Performance Regulation (K.E.N.A.K.).
The company undertook the project in its entirety, including: building permit issuance, design and supervision, basement construction, verandas, and the overall landscaping / outdoor area works.
Interior layout:
• Ground floor: 1 open-plan Kitchen–Dining–Living area and 1 WC
• First floor: 1 bedroom, 1 open-plan Kitchen–Living area and 1 bathroom
• Loft: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom
All interior finishing materials (tiles, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, paint finishes, etc.) were selected by the owners from the company’s wide range of designs and styles.
Results
The basement was constructed by the company’s experienced builders, relieving the owners from the process of sourcing and selecting a separate contractor.
We also undertook both the basement works and the wider outdoor area formation (verandas, veranda canopies, boundary walls, railings, entrance gate), delivering the project on schedule and—most importantly—within the agreed budget, with no unexpected or hidden costs.
