About the project
The office was constructed using reinforced concrete and external thermal insulation (thermal façade) with the MONOBLOCK method, and it belongs to Energy Class B+.
It is a heavy-duty prefabricated building, in accordance with the Greek Reinforced Concrete Code (EKOS), the Greek Seismic Code (EAK) and the Energy Performance Regulation (KENAK).
Results
The company’s partner construction crews undertook the overall landscaping / site works, delivering the project fully completed within the agreed schedule and—most importantly—within the fixed budget, with no unexpected expenses or hidden costs.

PREFABRICATED PERIMETER WALLING
KALLERGIS IKE undertakes the construction and installation of prefabricated perimeter fencing walls. The fencing wall panels are made of reinforced concrete with the electrical network integrated.
