About the project
In Gytheio, on a hillside with a sea view, a complex of three (3) independent tourist villas with three (3) swimming pools was constructed. These are single-storey prefabricated houses, 53 sq.m. each, and each villa has its own private pool. They were positioned in such a way as to ensure the privacy of their guests.
The villas are built from reinforced concrete with columns and beams, using the Monoblock method, in accordance with the Greek Seismic Code (EAK), the Greek Concrete Code, the Greek Prefabrication Code, and the Energy Performance Regulation (KENAK), ensuring full structural adequacy and seismic protection.
Externally, the buildings feature a thermal envelope / external insulation (thermal façade) in accordance with KENAK, ensuring high energy performance and classifying them in Energy Class B+.
The project was carried out with funding through an ESPA program.
Results
In terms of layout, each ground-floor villa includes an open-plan kitchen–living room–dining area, two bedrooms, one (1) bathroom, and one (1) WC.
Choosing KALLERGIS for the implementation of this tourism investment ensured high construction quality, structural and seismic adequacy, a clear delivery schedule, and cost control from contract signing through completion, without unforeseen expenses that could push the project beyond budget.
