About the project
The prefabricated house was built from reinforced concrete using the MONOBLOCK method. It is a heavy-duty prefabricated construction made of reinforced concrete and fitted externally with thermal insulation (ETICS / thermal façade), in accordance with the Greek Concrete Regulation, the Greek Anti-Seismic Regulation, and the Energy Performance Regulation (KENAK).
In terms of interior layout, the residence includes two (2) bedrooms, one (1) main bathroom, one (1) WC, one (1) open-plan kitchen with dining area, and one (1) open-plan living and lounge area.
The prefabricated house was delivered fully completed with floor tiles, kitchen cabinets, bedroom wardrobes, sanitary ware, EXALCO aluminum window/door frames, double glazing, painting works, and complete electrical and plumbing installations.
Results
All interior finishing materials were selected by the buyer from a wide range of designs offered by the company, making each home unique, just like each customer.
With its in-house design department and its partner civil engineers and architects, the company responded to the owner’s needs for spacious and ergonomic interior areas, while also ensuring that the residence blends harmoniously into the natural landscape.
