A few words about the project
Our company undertook and constructed three (3) independent single-story houses of simple architecture, with a total A = 108 sq.m. (3 × 36 sq.m.), harmonized with the natural environment of Kos.
The houses are constructed using the Monoblock method from concrete, fully earthquake-resistant, and are intended for exploitation.
The results
Regarding their layout, the houses have ONE (1) bedroom, ONE (1) bathroom, and ONE (1) open-plan dining area–kitchen.
With the implementation of these tourist houses by our company, our clients ensured high construction quality, structural and seismic adequacy, a specific delivery schedule, and secured a stable investment cost from the assignment of the project through to its delivery, without unforeseen costs arising that would lead the project and the client outside the budget.
