Prefabricated Hotels – Tourist Accommodation
For 60 years, KALLERGIS has been engaged in the construction and installation of prefabricated buildings made of reinforced concrete with an external thermal insulation system (ETICS/thermal façade), using the monolithic cell method – MONOBLOC (MONOBLOCK), in accordance with the Greek Seismic Code (EAK), the Greek Concrete Code, the Greek Prefabrication Regulation, and the Energy Performance Regulation (KENAK).
TOURIST SINGLE-STORY HOUSES IN KOS
Our company undertook and constructed three (3) independent single-story houses of simple architecture, with a total A = 108 sq.m. (3 × 36 sq.m.), harmonized with the natural environment of Kos.
The houses are constructed using the Monoblock method from concrete, fully earthquake-resistant, and are intended for exploitation.
COMPLEX OF SINGLE-STORY HOUSES IN ATTICA
The selection of the company KALLERGIS for the implementation of the tourist investment ensured the high construction quality of the houses, the structural and seismic adequacy, a specific delivery schedule, and safeguarded the cost of the investment from the assignment of the project through to its delivery, without unforeseen costs arising that would lead the project and the client outside the budget.
SIX (6) SINGLE-STOREY PREFAB UNITS WITH RECEPTION–RESTAURANT AREA, TOTAL A=189.41 SQ.M., KOUROUTA (AMALIADA)
In terms of layout, each prefabricated unit includes one (1) open-plan bedroom–living area, one (1) toilet and a separate shower.
The shared-use building includes one (1) reception area, one (1) dining/seating area, one (1) storage room, one (1) accessible (AMEA) toilet, one (1) WC and one (1) food storage room.
COMPLEX OF TWO (2) PREFAB HOUSES WITH LOFT – 46.15 sq.m EACH – MESSINIA
They are heavy-duty prefabricated homes, designed in accordance with:
• the Greek Reinforced Concrete Code (EKOS),
• the Greek Seismic Code (EAK), and
• the Energy Performance Regulation (KENAK).
The company undertook the project as a turnkey delivery, including:
• building permit issuance
• design & supervision by a partner civil engineer
• construction and installation
• basement construction, verandas, and overall landscaping / outdoor area formation (through partner construction crews)
SINGLE-STOREY PREFAB HOUSES – TOTAL AREA 134.91 sq.m – ANTIPAROS
These single-storey residences were built using the transportable wall panels method, commonly applied on the Cyclades islands.
TOURIST RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX IN KOS
In Kos, a modern, minimal complex of five (5) independent tourist residences was constructed, featuring one (1) central swimming pool. The project includes four (4) single-storey prefabricated houses of E=20 sq.m. each, and one central two-storey residence with a total area of E=104 sq.m..

In Gytheio, on a hillside with a sea view, a complex of three (3) independent tourist villas with three (3) swimming pools was constructed.

In Lefkada, on a lush green hillside with an unobstructed sea view, a complex of three (3) independent tourist villas with a swimming pool was constructed.
PREFABRICATED WINDMILL
The windmill consists of two monolithic (MONOBLOCK) circular sections made of reinforced concrete, with an external thermal façade insulation system (ETICS / thermal façade).
RENTAL HOUSING COMPLEX – SANTORINI
On the island of Santorini, the construction of a tourist complex of rental houses was a major challenge for the company, as it provided an opportunity to showcase its capabilities and successfully meet the requirements and particularities of Cycladic architecture and the island’s natural landscape.

The interest created by the increasing demand for rental accommodations along the broader coastal front of Corinthia was reflected in the study and implemented through the prefabrication method by the company KALLERGIS, with the construction of the complex of rental houses.
